What is the Poly B Partner Program?
It rewards realtors, mortgage brokers and home inspectors for referring clients who need Poly B replacement. You earn points that are redeemable for tickets, gift cards and experiences.
How many points do I earn?
500 points for every completed inspection referral, plus a 2,000 point bonus when the deal closes. That's 2,500 points on a closed deal, with no cap.
How quickly do points post?
Within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. The closing bonus is added automatically when the deal closes. There is nothing to claim.
How do I track my points?
Your partner portal shows your live balance, every referral you've sent, and your full points history. Your personal portal link is emailed to you when your account is activated.
How do I sign up?
Fill in the partner form on the Join tab. We will call you shortly to finish onboarding and send your personal referral link.
I'm a mortgage broker or home inspector. Can I join?
Yes. The program is open to the whole deal team. Pick your profession on the signup form; the points and rewards are identical.
What rewards can I earn?
