When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, brokerage or company, and, for client referrals, the property address and the homeowner's contact details you provide.
We use this information to contact you about the Realtor Partner Program, to arrange free Poly B estimates for referred clients, to track referrals and any rewards owed to you, and to send you the calls, texts and emails you agreed to when you submitted the form.
If you ticked the consent box, we may text you about your enquiry or the program. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. A client you refer is contacted by phone call. We do not send marketing texts to a referred homeowner unless they opt in themselves.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside The Poly B Plumbing Guys and the service providers who run our forms, email and text messaging on our behalf. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Your information is stored securely in Canada-serving cloud infrastructure and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
